After reviewing many ad's on the product, I finally decided to give it a try. I go to the gym 3 times per week and enjoy weight lifting. At first, I did not believe that I would get a similar workout. After trying the product, I can say that the workout is excellent and you do get a similar "pump" from the exercises. I liked lifting weights at the gym, but having this Pilates bar gives me all the exercises I liked to do with free weights at home. The bands are really high quality too, won’t snap! They are easy to use and switch around. I actually use this way more now than my big bow flex because it’s so much easier to switch between exercises and you get better angles with the bar to do the types of exercises I like to do at the gym. So glad I got these- I’m finally really getting into a more consistent groove with my workouts! No excuses!

It's built strong, sleek, doesn't take up space, the bands themselves are GREAT because of the coverings which add to their safety (I've had bands snap while in use before), it's the right amount of stackable resistance, plenty of length of movement and the grips are comfortable. This is just what I was looking for. Now I get a full resistance band bar workout right here at home. The guide it comes with is also super helpful

This is a great standalone set or addition to bands with handles for those doing calisthenic/outdoor/at home exercise. Particularly in this day and age when it may be less safe to go to the gym, I find this a good addition to my existing equipment. You can do curls, shoulder presses and tricep pressdowns. If you are trained, the resistance will not be enough for squats or rows, but its still worthwhile as with most elastic band sets you only get to do single joint movements. This allows an array of multiple joint movements. Quality is very high as well.

I like the gym, but due to COVID, I have fallen off. If you travel for work or want to workout at home, it is compact and will fit in your carry-on bag or checked bag easily or put on a shelf till your next home workout. Hotel gyms are closed, so this is a GREAT alternative to help you keep up with your fitness goals. Customer service is excellent. I feel that they genuinely want you to have what you ordered. This seller will be on my list for anything that I am looking for, and if they have it, I will buy it from them.

This item can be used in more ways that is written on examples of exercises. You can make it as hard as you want by adjusting the tension straps. Youy can do a full body workout.

This is a great addition to our home workout equipment. The resistance allowed my wife and I to do a lot of the core exercise that targets the whole body. The bar is padded enough and is easy to grip. We looked online for exercise routines for this pilates bar, and we change it up try to tone up the muscles. This pilates can get strenuous for some exercises!
