1. STANDARD SHIPPING
All orders that are received by 2pm (EST) Monday thru Friday, excluding observance of holidays, will be shipped the same business day. All overnight orders that are shipped on Friday will be delivered the following business day. All orders, including overnight orders, received over the weekend will be processed on the next Business Day.
2. SECURE PAYMENTS
Getredge.com is concerned about the safety and security of our customers. Accordingly, we have put a number of technological protections in place to ensure that our transaction process is extremely safe and that our customers' information is secure.
When buying or selling online, caution must always be exercised. The overwhelming majority of online transactions are completed without incident, but Getredge.com have developed the following guidelines to help ensure that your online shopping experience is safe and secure

Getredge.com will never e-mail or call a customer and ask that they disclose or verify their credit card, or banking account number. Such information should only be submitted when completing an order on Getredge.com, registering for payments and contacting Getredge.com directly.
If you are contacted by, or receive an unsolicited e-mail from an unknown entity, and are asked to confirm or provide your password or personal or banking information, simply disregard the request and report the incident to Getredge.com for investigation.
If you receive a suspected spoofed Getredge.com e-mail, or discover a fake Getredge.com web site, please report the incident to Getredge.com

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information
3. WHY DID MY CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FAIL?
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card. You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
