Redge Fabric Resistance Bands Set

Our trio of resistance bands available in 3 different weights; light, medium and heavy, give you the ability to train anywhere, anytime! From activation to strength training, these bands will give you a full workout. Made from a cotton latex blend with non slip inner strips and Redge branding, they'll be your new favourite workout accessories.

Resistance/Sizing: 
Yellow: Light weight 6-12kg (15-25lbs), 74cm long and 8cm wide.
Yogurt Pink: Medium weight 12-18kg (25-40lbs), 74cm long and 8cm wide.
Teal: Heavy weight 18-27kg (40-60lbs), 74cm long and 8cm wide.
